By accessing or using Geonapse ("the Service"), operated by CorbanWare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geonapse provides AI search visibility auditing, ranking tracking, and platform presence monitoring for websites and brands. The Service analyzes publicly accessible web content and AI search engine results to provide insights and recommendations.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
• You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service

4. Payment & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via LemonSqueezy
• All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Auditing websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Using the Service to scrape or extract data for malicious purposes
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or reverse engineer the Service
• Using the Service to send spam, phishing, or unauthorized communications
• Submitting URLs that point to illegal or harmful content

Geonapse reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

6. Usage Limits

Usage is subject to plan-based limits on audits, brands, keywords, and API calls. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CorbanWare. Audit reports and data generated through the Service for your websites and brands belong to you.

8. Disclaimer

AI search rankings and visibility scores are estimates based on our analysis methodology. We do not guarantee specific rankings in any AI search engine. The recommendations provided are advisory in nature.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CorbanWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
